I offer you a yard in the Bonsovi Polyani villa area with a view of the forest and the nearby hills. Sofia can be seen from the terrace. The place is 17 km away from the centre of the capital, but it seems like you are very far away. It is quiet and peaceful, and birds often sing. In addition to the yard, I can also offer two terraces. I have tables and chairs for 10 or more people, there are also 3 lounge chairs, a hammock and blankets. There is a fire pit in the yard as well as a small charcoal barbecue. There is Wi-fi and all the amenities. Also, if I am at home, I can prepare food upon prior request.
