My backyard is located near Vitosha mountain, in the Kniazhevo district. The place is 8 km away from the centre of Sofia.

The backyard is 200 sq.m. and it has two connected parts with a lot of greenery and a well-kept lawn:

Under the shade of the walnut, cherry, and quince trees, you can use tables or blankets for a picnic or sunbeds, depending on the purpose of the event. The place has a separate toilet with a sink, as well as a fountain in the yard.

The place has access points to electric power, Wi-Fi, and full coverage of all mobile networks. We provide you with 3 tables, 10 chairs, 4 lounge chairs, 1 bench for 3-4 people and a sofa for 2. The backyard can be used as a shared workspace for 1 to 8 people. Employees can take their pets, provided that they take care of hygiene and attention to it during their stay. In case of worsening weather conditions, workers can use the tavern/barbecue of 20 sq.m. for a work area.

For weekends, the yard is suitable for groups of friends or families with children – we have a trampoline and two swings. It can be shared by 2 to a maximum of 12 people. And we can also provide the guests with a fully equipped tavern/barbecue / 20 sq.m./, fully furnished with authentic furniture and accessories, with a fireplace for live grilling.

►On prior request, not less than 48 hours, the tavern can also be offered

►Smoking is not allowed in the tavern.

Terms of Use:

►Working hours from May to the beginning of October, depending on the climate.

►Pre-booking at least 48 hours, submitted by e-mail.

►Weekdays – working hours from 09.00 to 18.00.

►Weekend – working hours from 09.00 to 20.00.

►On prior request, not less than 48 hours, the tavern/barbecue can also be offered.

►Smoking is not allowed in the tavern/barbecue.

►The price for using the live grill fireplace with our kindling and coal is BGN 30, or with the customers’ coal, the price is BGN 15. Grill products are from the customer.

►Minimum number of visitors 1; maximum – 12

►Customers in an intoxicated or aggressive state or using intoxicants are not allowed.
