You should give information about the date, the hours of your stay and the number of guests (adults & kids). Introducing to the host is optional, but it helps to connect easier.  

Wire transfer. When you decide to book a place, you could choose between PayPal and Stripe.

Yes, you can receive a receipt only for our commission of 15%. We are just a mediator between you and your Host, so we can’t give you invoice for the whole sum.

No, you can use only one payment method at a time.

Go to Profile tab and click on it. A few more tabs will appear. Click on Payment Method tab and edit your information.

Booking Questions

You can’t. After a successful booking request, changes are no longer available.

In the Reservations tab you will find a list of your requests. On the right side there click on Details. There will be a cancelation button on the right.

Go to Reservations tab in your account. The Status column tells you:

  • available – your request has been accepted by the host
  • unavailable – your request has been declined by the host
  • under review – you should wait for the host’s response

Go to the top right corner of the screen and hover on your name. Then click/tap on the third tab Reservations. You will see a list of the reservations you have made.

After the host’s approval, you will receive an email with a payment link. It will be active for 24 hours.

Help with your reservations

If the Host declines your request, you could pass on choosing another wonderful place for your best time. Hosts have 8 hours to Accept or Decline your request.

The more successful reviews from previous stays you have, the bigger chance of accepting your request has.

All the Greeny Hosts are our partners and they love our collaboration. However, if there is a force major obstacle after your payment and they can’t handle your Greeny Stay, you will receive a full refund and a 10% discount for your next adventure.

Write a message to your Host. ASAP, he will will answer when it would be convenient to pick up the forgotten item.

You will receive an email with an exact location when you pay via the link. Then you can forward the email to your friends or you can screenshot it.
