Hosts usually earn 150–1500 BGN per month by sharing their Greeny Space during the season. In your ad, you set the price. The profit depends on the location, the size, the type, and the occupancy of the place. Greeny Guest's commission is 15% and the guests pay it.
Your place should be large enough to provide comfort and cosiness to at least four people.
The guests of Greeny Guest look for and need places mainly located in or around big cities such as Sofia, Burgas, Varna, and Plovdiv.
It is mandatory to provide your guests with access to a toilet, running water, chairs and tables, as well as shade or a shed. It would be a bonus if you had high-speed Internet, power strips, flipchart, hammocks, swing, barbecue, grill, fireplace, blankets, fresh fruits from the garden, pool, or other amenities for an unforgettable stay.
Guests rent your space and pay for an hour. You determine which days and hours the space is available. Also, you decide how many hours the guests have the opportunity to rent it.
